

IBPS PO 2020 Registration, Application Form (Re-Opened): How to Apply Online

Candidates can apply for the exam till November 11, 2020. The Institute will conduct the prelims exam for the newly registered candidates on January 5 and 6. This facility will be available for candidates who could not apply due to the delay in their final degree result, if they fulfill the new eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification as on November 11. Candidates who could not apply from August 5 to 26 can also fill IBPS PO 2020 application form for the supplementary vacancy. The application fee was Rs 850 for General and OBC while it was Rs 175 for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.
IBPS PO 2020 application process closed on August 26. Only online applications were accepted for the recruitment exam. Candidates could edit the application form within the specified deadline. IBPS PO application form was released on August 5. The last date to take printout of IBPS PO application form 2020 was September 10. IBPS PO preliminary exam was conducted on October 3, 10 and 11. The mains exam will be conducted on November 28, 2020.

How to apply online for IBPS PO?
The application form is available at ibps.in. The steps to fill IBPS PO application form are explained below.
Step 1: IBPS PO Registration
- Visit the official website
- Click the link ‘New Registration’ on the home page of IBPS
- Enter name, phone number, email id and security code
- Upon successful registration, a provisional registration number and password are generated
- The provisional registration number and password are also sent to the registered email ID and password

Step 2: Upload Photo and Signature
- Post registration, candidates need to upload the photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
- Signature in capital letters will not be accepted
- The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged
- The handwritten declaration should be in English only

Step 3: Fill the detailed application form
This page is divided into three parts, basic details, educational qualification & experience, and preferences. Check details below:
Basic details: In this part, candidates need to fill category, nationality, personal details, select exam centres, date of birth, gender, father’s name or mother’s name, address, etc.
Educational Qualification, Work Experience & Languages: Here, candidates need to enter details of their graduation such as year of passing, college, percentage of marks, grade (if any). They are also required to enter their work experience. Candidates are also required to enter the languages they can read, write and speak.
Preferences: Candidates need to enter the preferences of banks where they wish to work upon selection. SC/ST/Minority candidates can opt for pre-exam training in this part.

Step 4: Preview of IBPS PO application form
Candidates must preview the application form before the final submission. They can edit the details entered in the application form while validating the same. Once this is complete, candidates need to agree to the terms and conditions and submit their application.
Step 5: Fee payment
- The application form is integrated with the payment gateway. Candidates need to follow the steps below for making payment.
- The payment can be made by using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked.
- On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
- Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form containing fee payment details.

Pre-requisites for applying online
Before applying online, candidates must keep the following documents handy:
- Scanned photograph and signature

- A handwritten declaration
- Bank details to pay the application fees
- Marksheet of graduation to enter educational details
- Vaild email ID and contact number
What is IBPS PO handwritten declaration?
The text for the handwritten declaration is as follow:
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
IBPS PO handwritten declaration should be written candidate’s handwriting in English only

- The age of candidates should be between 20 to 30 years.
